        1.    THE EFFECT OF POOR HABITS IN ECONOMICS AMONG SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.

                                                   

                                               ABSTRACT

This research “titled the effect of poor study habits in Economics among senior secondary schools in Badagry Local Government Area of Lagos state” was carried out to examine the effect of study habits, used in the questionnaire and the data collected was analyzed using chi-square. The results was discussed, analyzed and necessary recommendations were made to improve the situation.

        The study revealed that: A sizeable family with sound financial income will be in better position to give its children sound and adequate education by sending them to the best and comprehensive school and providing the school materials needed. Meanwhile a family with higher income that is surrounded with many children will find it very difficult to adequately cater for the welfare of those kids as they will be faced with challenges to cope with.
